Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange by emailing us at info.rashmiwala@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase, along with a valid proof of receipt.

To be eligible for exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and invoices included.

Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted for exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not as per your order.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Important Notes on Exchanges

Customers must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

Stitched or altered products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

Goods sent for exchange must be in original packaging with tags, unused, and accompanied by the sales reference number, invoice, and customer contact details.

Rashmiwala will only approve exchanges for:
- Wrong items shipped
- Products accepted as defective by our team

If any free gift, free shipping, or promotional offer was availed, the value of such benefits will be deducted from any approved credit or refund.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping when sending items for exchange.
